The Law Offices of Price Ainsworth, P.C. are committed to handling personal injury cases, business disputes, and patent infringement cases throughout the state of Texas.  If you have suffered an injury due to negligence or have lost a loved one to a wrongful death, if your business has been wronged, or your patent has been infringed or used without license, the firm wants to talk to you about your case and
answer any questions you might have about  the legal process.

The firm's goal is to maximize your recovery.  From the start, they will prepare your case as if it was going to go to trial. The Law Offices of  Price Ainsworth, P.C.  specialize in thorough trial preparation, and will spare no expense to get your case ready.

The firm is selective about the cases that it handles – focusing primarily on cases involving catastrophic injuries and substantial damages.  This keeps the firm’s caseload down, which means that every case receives the individual attention that it deserves.  The attorneys work closely with their clients, often establishing relationships that last long after the case is concluded.

There is no charge for the initial consultation and, if the Law Offices of Price Ainsworth, P.C. take your case, you will not pay anything unless you recover money from the  case, as the firm works primarily upon a contingency fee basis.  Contact the firm to discuss your case and have any remaining questions answered.   Let the dedication and expertise of the firm work for you.
